7. 保有期間・廃棄

当社は、取得した個人情報を、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲および期間に限って保有します。利用目的を達成した個人情報は、法令により保存が義務づけられている場合を除き、遅滞なく、復元できない方法で消去または廃棄します。宅地建物取引業法、行政書士法その他の関係法令により保存が義務づけられている帳簿および関係書類については、それぞれの法令が定める期間、適切に保存します。

8. 開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求

ご本人またはその代理人から、個人情報の保護に関する法律に基づき、保有個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止・消去、第三者への提供の停止のご請求をいただいた場合は、法令の定めに従い、ご本人であることを確認したうえで、遅滞なく対応いたします。ご請求は、下記「10. 個人情報保護管理者」に記載の連絡先まで、電話またはお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。必要書類や本人確認の方法など手続きの詳細は、その際にご案内します。なお、法令により開示等を行わないこととされている場合には、その旨と理由を通知いたします。

9. 守秘義務

四葉行政書士事務所の行政書士は、行政書士法第12条（秘密を守る義務）により、正当な理由がなく、業務上取り扱った事項について知り得た秘密を漏らしてはならない義務を負い、行政書士でなくなった後も同様です。また、四葉不動産株式会社は、宅地建物取引業法第45条（秘密を守る義務）により、正当な理由がある場合でなければ、業務上取り扱ったことについて知り得た秘密を他に漏らしてはならない義務を負い、宅地建物取引業を営まなくなった後も同様です。当社および当事務所は、これらの法令上の守秘義務を遵守し、ご相談の内容を慎重に取り扱います。
