Can you handle company housing for international employees?
Yes. We sort out and support the three points that most often become issues when arranging housing for international residents: language, guarantor companies, and tenant screening. Introduction and brokerage of properties for corporate contracts and company leases are handled by Yotsuba Real Estate Co., Ltd. The preparation of residence-status application documents required to bring employees on board is undertaken by the co-located Yotsuba Gyoseishoshi Office under a separate contract.
