Can you handle company housing for international employees?
Yes. We sort out and support the three points that most often become issues when arranging housing for international residents: language, guarantor companies, and tenant screening. Introduction and brokerage of properties for corporate contracts and company leases are handled by Yotsuba Real Estate Co., Ltd. The preparation of residence-status application documents required to bring employees on board is undertaken by the co-located Yotsuba Gyoseishoshi Office under a separate contract. Each business and professional is engaged separately under its own contract, and we receive no referral fees.
What our company cannot handle: representation and negotiation in contested inheritance disputes (we will connect you with an attorney); filing real estate registration on your behalf (we will connect you with a Judicial Scrivener (司法書士)); and inheritance tax filing (we will connect you with a Tax Accountant (税理士)). Licensed social insurance and labor consultant (社会保険労務士) services are undertaken by the affiliated office under a separate contract. Each specialist is engaged under a separate, individual contract, and our company does not receive any referral fee.
