Life by the sea

A quay where a boat can be moored is nearby, making the villa a base for marine leisure. Even in this seaside setting, Amazon and other parcel deliveries arrive as usual, and a short drive takes you to supermarkets and a roadside station for fresh food.

Lower running costs

A solar power system keeps electricity and other running costs relatively low. Water is municipal, gas is propane and drainage is by an individual septic tank.
